James Redpath

James RedpathJames D. R. Redpath, has been practicing law in the State of Arizona over 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Mr. Redpath is formerly, a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and he has extensive experience in Criminal Law. He specifically has successfully tried cases involving homicides, sexual assaults, kidnaping, DUI, aggravated assaults, drug matters, violent crimes and death penalty matters. For more than 18 years, he has focused his practice of law in the area of Family Law, including matters dealing with divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of court orders, paternity actions, grandparents rights and visitation matters. Mr. Redpath primarily handles all court appearances as well as the negotiations with the opposing party/counsel, legal research and the drafting of pleadings and motions in your case.

Jamal Mitchell

Jamal R. MitchellJamal R. Mitchell, Legal Assistant/Accounting Specialist, is primarily responsible for handling all financial aspects of a client's representation provided by this office. Additionally, he acts as a source of information to the client relative to requested information and court appearances.

Mr. Mitchell hails from the State of Michigan. He currently attends college and he aspires to complete his education in Pre-Law to become a lawyer.

Jacqueline R. Gholston

Jacqueline R. GholstonJacqueline R. Gholston is the Paralegal/Office Manager. A native of Texas, She has been working in the area of Family Law for more than 18 years. Ms. Gholston is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between our office and the Court. Ms. Gholston has been employed at Redpath Law, P.L.L.C. since 1998. She is has focused primarily in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.

Prior to accepting employment with Redpath Law, P.L.L.C., Ms. Gholston was employed with the Maricopa County Clerk of Court Expedited Services Unit, where she conducted Administrative Conferences with parties relative to the issue of enforcing child support and/or parenting time. During the years 1993 through 1995 she was employed with the Child Support Enforcement Division of the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security where she assisted parties with the establishment of paternity, establishment of child support orders as well as the enforcement of child support.
